VIF INVESTMENT GROUP LTD. (VIF) is a family owned and women-led company created in 1998 that specialises in commercial real estate development and is expanding in healthcare infrastructure.We are based in Kigali, Rwanda and our vision is to scale to other markets across Africa.

Our mission at VIF Investment is to develop innovative solutions in infrastructure and to position our company as the leader in real estate in Rwanda and in Africa. Our company's objectives to create value for our partners and stakeholders through our real estate portfolio across multiple sectors , including health facilities and commercial buildings.
Our goal is to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the communities we serve, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and social responsibility. We believe that by working together with our partners and stakeholders, we can build a brighter future, one that is powered by world-class infrastructure and sustained economic development.

Managing Director
Raïssa Kanyange
Raïssa is responsible for VIF’s continued growth strategy to support the long-term investment focus of the Group. Raïssa holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Montreal and an MBA degree from EHSAL in Brussels.

Alice Muteteri
Alice provides leadership in financial reporting, planning, treasury and lease administration to ensure reliable and timely financial, operational and management information. Alice is responsible for developing, planning and budgeting processes, and analysis to support management decisions.

Chief Operation Officer
Ange-Christelle Irakarama
Ange-Christelle is responsible for providing day-to-day operational leadership to manage VIF’s property portfolio as well as clients’ relations. Ange-Christelle holds a master's degree in International Relations and Economics from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Montreal.
