The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to ensure the Gisozi Medical Center’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet the rigorous demands of a modern healthcare facility. Your expertise will help us deliver a turn-key solution for international medical groups, showcasing Rwanda’s potential on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, and validate MEP systems, including medical gas systems, HVAC, electrical grids, and plumbing infrastructure.

• Ensure all systems comply with ISO standards, Rwanda Standards Bureau regulations, and healthcare facility requirements.

• Collaborate with the project team to integrate MEP solutions into the facility’s construction and operational phases.

• Troubleshoot and innovate to address technical challenges, maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Provide technical specifications and documentation for stakeholder review and tenant handover.

• Support facility testing and commissioning to guarantee operational readiness.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field) with 3-5 years of MEP experience.

• Expertise in designing and implementing systems for healthcare or large-scale facilities.

• Knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASHRAE, etc.) and local regulations.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovative, reliable solutions.

• Experience in Rwanda or East Africa is an advantage.

• Commitment to delivering excellence in a transformative healthcare project.
